Deposits
An advance deposit of $100 per boat is required on all multiboat striper fishing trips.
An advance deposit of $100 per day is required on all multiday striper fishing trips.
An advance deposit of $100 may be required on all other fishing trips.
A 3% fee is added to the normal $100/boat deposit when paid by Pay Pal or Credit Card.
The deposit must be received within 14 days of booking to insure your date in not
awarded to another fishing party.
Methods of Payment
The advance deposit may be either check, Pay Pal or credit cards. There is a Non-Refunbaable $3 fee (3%) added to all PayPal or Credit Card payments
Payments by check must be made out to.......Wayne Mc Cullough, NOT Wayne's Guide Service.
The cash balance is due the day of the fishing trip unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Deposit Refunds.
I will refund your deposit if you cancel 14 days prior to the scheduled trip on single boat trips.
Refunds on multi-boat trips will be at the discretion of the boat captains of the other boats reserved. Deposits on multi-boat trips are normally not refunded.
If you cancel without 14 days notice...All deposits paid are forfeited unless I
manage to fill your spot with another party.
Your decision to cancel a trip due to weather will forfeit your entire deposit.
NO Shows for any reason will forfeit the entire deposit.
Trip Cancellation
Relying upon my experiences fishing on Lake Texoma, I will determine if weather conditions prohibit us from having a safe,
enjoyable fishing experience and will try to keep you posted on possible trip cancellations.
I normally DO NOT stop fishing nor cancel trips because of rain, sleet, snow, cold or hot weather,
but high winds and rough seas will prohibit safe fishing.
With your safety in mind, we will stop fishing until the normal spring & summer thunderstorms blow by, then resume chasing stripers.
I normally wait until the morning of the trip to decide to cancel a trip as weather forecasts constantly change hour to hour.
